For API credentials, integration questions, or to report a problem with the API or this documentation, email the team at [crodev@rapidworks.com](mailto:crodev@rapidworks.com). Check the [FAQ](/guides/faq) first. It covers the most common integration questions.

When requesting credentials, include the landing-page URL for your integration: see the [Authentication Guide](/guides/authentication) for what that is and why we need it.

## What to include in a bug report

* The endpoint (method + path) and the `X-API-VERSION` you are pinned to
* The full error response body (see [error format](/#errors))
* Timestamps (with timezone) of failing requests
